**Qualifications & Experience:**
- B.Tech / B.E / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in EPC fabrication yard projects
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform piping and structural quantity measurements in accordance with applicable measurement rules
- Coordinate with Construction, QA/QC, and Client representatives to verify executed quantities, facilitate timely billing, and prepare variation orders and contractual claims
- Prepare a project completion report reviewing production constants as a guide to future estimates
- Prepare project performance statements on a monthly basis and in a timely manner
