Position Details
- Job Title: Stranding Machine Operator
- Salary: 3000 AED per month
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience as a Stranding Operator in LV, MV, and HV conductor manufacturing
- Machine Expertise: Rigid stranding machines, including 61-wire configurations (Mandatory)
- Added Advantage: Experience in central stranding
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor rigid stranding machines (up to 61 wires)
- Produce LV, MV, and HV conductors as per product specifications
- Perform machine setup, spool loading, wire feeding, and tension adjustments
- Maintain production records, machine parameters, and quality control documentation
