AL-Yousuf Enterprises LLP – Overseas Manpower Consultancy (Est. 1984) is hiring a Planning Engineer for a leading EPC, Oil & Gas company in Saudi Arabia. Saudi Aramco experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Prepare baseline schedules, 2-week and monthly look-ahead plans.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Track manpower, equipment, materials, and project costs.
- Perform schedule risk analysis and develop recovery plans for delays.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, procurement, and project management teams.
- Monitor project performance using SPI, CPI, and other KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco SAEP, SAES, and project specifications.
- Support Project Controls Manager with planning, reporting, and project review meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Project Management Engineering.
- Minimum 5-10 years of planning experience in EPC/Oil & Gas projects.
- Saudi Aramco project experience preferred.
