We are hiring for Tadbeir Company in KSA for the position of Vendor Registration & Bid Support Specialist.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Vendor Registration, Bid Coordination or Tender Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage vendor registration and prequalification processes with clients.
• Prepare and submit bids, tenders and proposal documents.
• Track tender opportunities and maintain bid records.

Required Skills

• Strong skills in documentation, Microsoft Office, communication and attention to detail.
• Valid KSA 4-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
