Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in plant machinery maintenance, servicing & repairs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Perform mechanical maintenance, servicing, and overhauling of production line machinery to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Conduct routine inspections and identify potential mechanical issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot machinery breakdowns, carrying out repairs to minimize downtime.
• Report equipment conditions and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with production teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Overhaul and recondition machines during annual shutdowns and maintenance periods.
• Maintain maintenance records, repair logs, and inspection reports.
• Monitor spare parts requirements and ensure timely availability.
• Adhere to all company safety procedures and maintenance standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team discussions.
