For Welders (TIG, ARC, Uphill): ITI / SSC with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the Oil & Gas field.
For QC Inspectors & QC Engineers: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the Oil & Gas field, along with CSWIP 3.1 certification.
