**Job Title:** Procurement Engineer – Oil & Gas Construction Project

**Job Overview**
SINCLUS Marketing Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Procurement Engineer to join a major Oil & Gas construction project in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement within the Oil & Gas sector, with at least 8 years of experience handling complex procurement activities for EPC projects.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage end-to-end procurement of materials, equipment, and services for oil & gas construction projects.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project schedules and budgets.
- Prepare and issue RFQs, ITBs, and purchase orders.
- Evaluate supplier bids, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, project specifications, and HSE standards.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, and project management teams.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any procurement-related issues.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement status, cost savings, and market trends.
**Qualifications**
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline).
- Minimum 8 years of procurement experience in Oil & Gas construction projects (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, contracts, and supply chain management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
