Position Overview

N Nasser Overseas Consultants is currently seeking a highly experienced Food Production Manager for a prestigious client in Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead large-scale food manufacturing operations and drive excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage production teams of 120+ employees
  • Improve efficiency and boost overall output
  • Ensure strict compliance with quality and food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, FSMS, BRC)
  • Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives
  • Oversee production planning, scheduling, and process optimization
  • Manage inventory and vendor relationships
  • Support new product development and scaling

Requirements

  • Education: B.Tech in Food Technology
  • Experience: 15+ years in Food Manufacturing / Production Operations
  • Prior experience with leading companies such as Almarai, IFFCO, or ABC Foods is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FSMS, and BRC standards
  • Proven track record in production planning, process optimization, and team management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
