Open Positions & Requirements

• Training & Development Chef (Continental & South Indian Cuisine) – Diploma/Intermediate with 3-5 years minimum experience as a Continental/South Indian Cook in large food production.
• Camp Boss (Catering Supervisor) – Diploma in Hotel Management or Catering Industry. Minimum 5 years experience in rigs (onshore & offshore) catering as a Camp Boss.
• South Indian Cook – 3-5 years experience in relevant field.
• Bakery Man – 3-5 years experience in relevant field.
• Assistant Cook – 3-5 years experience in relevant field.
