We are urgently recruiting experienced professionals for a leading paper & pulp manufacturing company in Russia. The final client interview will be held in Mumbai during the last week of May 2025. Shortlisting is in progress.

Available Positions

1. Mechanical Foreman

Salary: 113,000 RUB/month + 18,000 RUB food allowance

• Supervise mechanical maintenance and repair activities at site.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Allocate duties and monitor performance of technicians and workers.
• English communication skills along with the ability to read blueprints.
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and adherence to safety standards.
• Report daily progress, issues, and site requirements to management.

2. Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Salary: 84,000 RUB/month + 18,000 RUB food allowance

• Must have completed full secondary education (School/College) with valid certificate.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in mechanical repair and maintenance.
• Perform repair and maintenance of mechanical parts of process equipment.
• Prepare and organize the workstation before operations.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in clean and proper condition.
• Identify defects and carry out measurements using precision instruments (caliper, micrometer, etc.).
• Conduct preventive, breakdown, and major maintenance of pumps, agitators, and valves.

3. Lime Burner / Operator

Salary: 76,200 RUB/month + 18,000 RUB food allowance

• Feed raw materials (limestone, sodium sulfate, sulfur) into production.
• Operate & monitor kiln and related equipment.
• Inspect equipment, conveyors & work area regularly.
• Unload and handle wagons/materials safely.
• Prepare equipment for repair & restart after maintenance.
• Check pipelines, connections & report faults.
• Maintain cleanliness & workplace safety standards.
