- Experience: 10-15+ years in IoT, Telematics, Energy Management, or Industrial Automation
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Marine Engineering, Energy Management, or related field. ISO 9001:2015 (Bureau Veritas Certified)
- Core Competencies: Business transformation, strategy execution, management consulting, operational excellence (8-12+ years)
- Skills: KPIs, SOPs, CRM, ERP, NPS, Digital Enablement & Systems Alignment
- Additional: MBA preferred; knowledge of Business Transformation Management
