Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Mechanical/Civil)
Location: Kuwait

Salary: KWD 300 – 350 per month

Falcon Services, established in 1982, is a Government of India approved recruitment agency (ISO 9001:2015 Certified) with offices in Mumbai and Chennai. We are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a prestigious oil & gas client in Kuwait.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for mechanical/civil works on pipeline projects.
- Conduct site measurements and progress tracking to ensure alignment with project contracts.
- Evaluate subcontractor payments and variation orders.
- Monitor project costs and identify potential financial risks.
- Ensure compliance with international surveying standards and company policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or a recognized Surveying certification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Surveyor in oil & gas industry, specifically with pipeline projects.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and MS Office.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
