**Qualifications & Experience:**
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role
- GCC experience in Oil & Gas Construction Industry is mandatory
**Key Responsibilities (not limited to):**
- Oversee project controls including planning, scheduling, cost control, and progress monitoring.
- Ensure alignment with project objectives, budget, and timeline.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
- Prepare and present progress reports to management and stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain control systems and procedures.
