Job Opportunity: Production Manager – Saudi Arabia
Al Samit International, on behalf of an industrial service plant, is urgently seeking an experienced Production Manager for a project in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production operations in cement and ceramic manufacturing.
- Manage and optimize rotary kilns, calciners, and continuous flow ovens/sintering furnaces.
- Lead process engineering improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety and ISO 9001:2000 standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 8-10 years in leading production roles.
- Strong background in Process Engineering.
- Hands-on experience in Cement and Ceramic industries with rotary kilns, calciners, or similar continuous flow ovens and sintering furnaces.
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
