A leading organization in Saudi Arabia is hiring experienced professionals for the role of Mechanic Supervisor.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all maintenance staff are organized and trained to provide required maintenance services.
- Ensure the proactive maintenance schedule is available to the maintenance staff and the maintenance is carried out as per the schedule.
- Ensure the workshop building and surrounding areas, tools and equipment are clean and in workable condition.
- Ensure the electrical and mechanical systems are inspected at regular intervals and associated problems are identified, reported, and rectified on a timely basis.
- Ensure to minimize unexpected problems and reduce production losses due to machinery downtime.
- Ensure the machinery, equipment, and vehicles are inspected at regular intervals and associated problems are identified, reported, and rectified on a timely basis.
- Ensure to maintain the inventory of the consumables and report to the concerned for stock availability.
