REQUIREMENTS
| Position | Qualification | Experience |
|---|---|---|
| Supervisors | Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering | Minimum 7 years in FM industry |
| Technicians | Diploma/ITI in relevant trade | Minimum 7 years in FM |
| Assistant Technicians | Trade Certificate / ITI | Minimum 3 years in FM |
| Reliever Technicians | Diploma/ITI in Mechanical | Minimum 7 years in FM (with MEP equipment experience) |
| Soft Services Supervisors | Diploma in Hospitality & BICSC certified | Minimum 7 years in FM or 5-star Hotel |
All positions require:
- Facility Management experience – mandatory
- Gulf experience – preferred
- Basic English communication – required
