WE ARE HIRING for a leading company in Saudi Arabia. HamdanGlobal – حمدان غلوبال is seeking a Facade Cleaner (IRATA Rope Access Technician) to perform high-rise façade cleaning and external building maintenance using rope access systems while following IRATA and company safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
> Perform facade cleaning for high-rise buildings using rope access systems and spider equipment.
> Clean exterior glass, aluminum cladding, curtain walls and other facade materials.
> Follow IRATA guidelines and site safety procedures.
> Inspect ropes, harnesses, anchors and safety equipment.
> Setup and dismantle rope access systems and equipment.
> Report facade defects, cracks, leaks or maintenance issues.
> Maintain rope access equipment and cleaning tools.
> Complete assigned tasks within scheduled timelines.
> Support minor facade maintenance activities when required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
> High school certificate or equivalent.
> Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in facade cleaning or rope access work.
> Valid IRATA Certification (Level 1/2/3 preferred).
> Experience in high-rise cleaning and rope access techniques.
> Ability to work at heights.
