Shella Consultants, an ISO 9001:2015 certified manpower recruitment company, is hiring qualified professionals for a long-term OQ project in Oman. We are looking for experienced Mechanical Trainers (B.E Mechanical), Electrical Trainers (B.E Electrical), and Instrument Trainers (B.E Instrument).
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in the respective engineering discipline.
- Proven experience as a technical training instructor.
- 8 to 10 years of broad experience in refinery or petrochemical maintenance process units, preferably as a manager or team leader in operational areas.
- Sound knowledge of modern maintenance technologies and planning techniques.
