The interview will be held on 15th May 2026 at the Seagull Kolkata Office. Candidates with experience in building maintenance, MEP, and exposure to hotels, hospitals, or shopping malls are preferred.

- Mechanical Technician – 10 Nos.
- Assistant Technician – 10 Nos.
- AC Technician – 10 Nos.
- Mason – 10 Nos.
- Painter – 10 Nos.
- Plumber – 10 Nos.
- Carpenter – 10 Nos.
Qualification & Experience
- Degree / Diploma / ITI in relevant trade
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in building maintenance/MEP
- Preference for candidates with maintenance experience in hotels, hospitals, or shopping malls
