Job Opportunity: Construction General Manager
HamdanGlobal (حمدان غلوبال) is a leading company in Saudi Arabia seeking a highly experienced General Manager to lead construction and infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, tunnels, maintenance, and water networks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related field
- PMP certification preferred
Required Experience
- Minimum 20 years of relevant experience
- Experience with major contracting companies in Saudi Arabia
- Strong experience in subcontractor management (technical & financial)
- Experience in site execution and supervision
Core Competencies
- Strong leadership and team management
- Financial management (budgeting, cost control, planning)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project lifecycle from planning to handover
- Manage teams and monitor performance
- Supervise subcontractors (selection, scheduling, payments)
- Ensure execution meets project specifications
- Prepare progress reports for management
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and regulations
- Coordinate with stakeholders
- Monitor budgets and implement cost control measures
Hiring Priority
- Saudi nationals preferred
- Candidates with KSA contracting experience highly preferred
- Project planning and execution
- Fluency in English
- Problem-solving and decision-making
