HamdanGlobal (Saudi Services Co. Ltd.) is currently seeking experienced and dedicated professionals to join their Facilities Management team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a strong background in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and general Facilities Management projects, particularly those with experience in the GCC region.

Available Job Positions and Salary Details

The company is recruiting for several key roles, divided into two main categories based on educational requirements and responsibilities.

Positions Requiring a Bachelor's Degree (5-8 Years Experience)

• Quality & Safety Engineer (ISO 90001 and ISO 45001)
  Salary Range: SAR 3500 to 4500
• Maximo Engineer
  Salary Range: SAR 3500 to 4500

Positions Requiring a Diploma (5-8 Years Experience)

• Control Technician (Fire Alarm)
  Salary: SAR 1500
• Electrical Technician (High Voltage)
  Salary: SAR 1600
• Electrical Technician (Medium Voltage)
  Salary: SAR 1600
• HVAC Technician
  Salary Range: SAR 1500 to 1600
• Medical Gas Technician
  Salary: SAR 1600
• Medical Gas Serviceman
  Salary: SAR 1300

General Job Requirements

For Bachelor's Degree Positions:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant engineering or technical field.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in the Facilities Management Industry.
• Must possess proven maintenance experience in MEP & Facilities Management projects.
• Prior working experience in the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) region is highly preferred.

For Diploma Positions:

• Diploma in a relevant technical field.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in the Facilities Management Industry.
• Must possess proven maintenance experience in MEP & Facilities Management projects.
• Prior working experience in the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) region is highly preferred.
