Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings that align with architectural and structural requirements, including elevations, sections, and connection details.
• Possess strong knowledge of facade systems including structural and unitized curtain walls, aluminium composite panels (ACP), glass and glazing systems, and stone and metal cladding.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience (native or Gulf) in aluminium and curtain wall systems. Able to prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built drawings for facade elements such as curtain walls, cladding, glazing, louvers, canopies, and windows.
• Capable of drafting detailed elements such as brackets, connections, mullions, and transoms.
