Job Opportunity: Rope Access Supervisor

Tadbeer Company, a leading provider in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a highly skilled Rope Access Supervisor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals with a strong background in rope access operations, particularly in railway, infrastructure, construction, or industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise rope access teams in complex environments such as bridges, tunnels, stations, and other high-rise structures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and IRATA standards.
• Coordinate with project managers to plan and execute working at height tasks efficiently.
• Conduct inspections and risk assessments for rope access activities.
• Train and mentor team members to maintain high performance and safety standards.

Requirements

• Diploma in a relevant field.
• Valid IRATA Level 3 Certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in rope access operations, with at least 2 to 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Mandatory experience in railway, infrastructure, construction, or industrial projects.
• Working at height in complex environments (bridges, tunnels, stations, etc.).

Salary & Benefits

Salary: SAR 3000 to 4500 per month.
