Position 1: QA/QC Lead / Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all QA/QC activities for fabrication yard and EPC offshore/onshore projects.
- Ensure full compliance with project specifications, client standards, and international codes (ASME, API, ISO).
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and audit programs.
- Oversee quality across all phases: fabrication, welding, coating, and installation.
- Coordinate seamlessly with clients, third-party inspectors, and classification bodies for inspections, approvals, and documentation closure.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), implementing corrective/preventive actions, and mentoring the QA/QC team.
- Inspecting, ensuring, and assuring the highest quality standards to deliver excellence.
Position 2: QA/QC Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily QA/QC inspection activities for fabrication, welding, piping, and structural works in yard and offshore/onshore EPC projects as per approved ITPs.
- Verify that all materials, procedures, and workmanship comply with project specs and international codes (ASME, AWS, API).
- Prepare and maintain critical quality documentation: inspection reports, NCRs, punch lists, and final project dossiers.
- Coordinate with construction teams, welding engineers, and client representatives to ensure timely inspections, swift issue resolution, and overall project quality compliance.
