Available Positions & Responsibilities
MILL OPERATOR
Mill Type: Production Mill (Grinding Vertical Mill) - used for crushing and blending chemicals like Barite, bentonite, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor mill machinery through SCADA/control panel systems
- Adjust operational parameters as required for optimal production
- Operate crushers, set adjustments, and meet crushing targets efficiently
- Transfer crude materials to mills using conveyor belt systems
- Ensure proper functioning of grinding and blending operations
MILL MECHANIC
Mill Type: Production Mill (Grinding Vertical Mill) - used for crushing and blending chemicals like Barite, bentonite, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out servicing and maintenance of rollers, liners, whizzers, and gearboxes
- Maintain fans, blowers, conveyors, bearings, rotary valves, screw conveyors, and drive chains
- Perform weekly inspections of roller, plow tip, bull ring, liner plate, bearings, rotary valve, whizzer blade, and fan impeller
- Maintain cyclone, dust collector, crusher feeder, diaphragm pumps, and packing machine systems
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed
