Hazardous Waste Specialist Job Opening in Kuwait
We are urgently seeking a qualified and certified Hazardous Waste Specialist for an immediate position in Kuwait. This role involves critical responsibilities in hazardous waste management, environmental safety, and regulatory compliance.

- Salary: 170 KD + 15 KD Food Allowance + Overtime Pay

Required Certifications (MANDATORY):
All listed certifications are required for application. Please ensure you have valid documentation:
- HAZWOPER: 40-Hour, 24-Hour, or 8-Hour Refresher Certification
- HAZCOM (GHS) Training
- Confined Space & SCBA Training
- HAZARDOUS WASTE DER Certification
- Lock Out/Tag Out (LO/TO) Certification
- Certification of Medical Waste Incinerator Operators
- Additional hazardous waste management certifications as applicable
Job Responsibilities:
- Collection, storage, and disposal of hazardous waste materials (Classes 2-9)
- Inspection and proper labeling of hazardous materials
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining regulatory documentation
- Operation and maintenance of waste incineration equipment
- Conducting environmental sampling and monitoring
- Implementation of safety protocols and procedures
- Training and supervision of support staff as required
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Hazardous Waste Specialist or similar role
- Thorough knowledge of hazardous waste classification and handling procedures
- Familiarity with Kuwaiti environmental regulations and international standards
- Ability to work with hazardous materials safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Physical fitness to handle demanding work conditions
