**Salary:** 6000 SAR + HRA + TRA
**Qualification:**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE / B.Tech – Mechanical)
**Experience:**
- Minimum 5–10 years of hands-on experience in **Business Development** within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)
**Job Profile & Responsibilities:**
- Achieve quarterly targets by identifying and securing new business opportunities in PMTA (Plant Maintenance, Turnaround & Shutdown) rental services, including equipment rental, manpower services, and maintenance support.
- Promote and expand services related to rental of PMTA expertise, specialized equipment, and skilled manpower.
- Lead and coordinate PMTA rental service operations including manpower mobilization and equipment deployment.
- Ensure smooth coordination between clients, operations team, planning team, and manpower suppliers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current market rates for manpower services and equipment rental.
- Must possess a valid KSA Driving License.
