Looking for skilled Crane Riggers, Operators, and Supervisors to join a Multi-Billion Dollar Defence Contractor supporting a Naval Facility at Diego Garcia Island! If you have experience in heavy lifting, rigging, and port operations, this is your chance to work in a dynamic, high-responsibility role.


Open Positions:

  1. Crane Rigger – Support rigging operations, inspect loads, and ensure safe lifting procedures.
  2. Crane Rigger Lead – Supervise rigging teams and coordinate with crane operators.
  3. Crane Rigger Supervisor – Lead rigging operations, manage teams, and ensure compliance.
  4. Crane Operator – Operate cranes for shipboard and shore cargo handling.

What We Need from You:

✔ 5+ years of experience in rigging, crane operations, or heavy lifting (for Lead/Supervisor roles).
✔ Certifications like NAVFAC, OSHA, or Navy WHE (mandatory for some roles).
✔ Strong knowledge of load charts, hand signals, and safety protocols.
✔ Ability to work outdoors in all weather, lift heavy loads (50+ lbs), and handle maritime environments.
✔ Defence or port logistics experience is a big plus!
✔ Fluent English communication (required).
